| Game Summary |
| The Generals got out to a two goal lead after one period and then let the Knights back into the game when Austin Heminger tied the score just 8 seconds into the 3rd period. AW responded big-time midway into the final stanza by scoring 6 goals in less than 7 minutes to hammer home a comfortable win. Seven different Generals scored, but the highlight of the game was the 100th career goal by Zak Seipel. Sophmore Goal Tender Chloe Spence, making a third period appearance, assisted on classmate Jake Smith's goal just one minute before Seipel's milemark making blast from the top of the face-off circle. |
