Game Summary |
The Generals traveled to Dublin, Ohio for a late evening game against a young and inexperienced Scioto Irish team. The flu bug, injuries and etc. limited the Generals to 10 skaters and a goalie. Aw sprinted to a 3 to 0 lead in the game's first six minutes and then coasted in front of Goal Tender Dan Koralewski to the win. Zak Seipel led the scoring with 4 goals and 1 assist. He was supported by Jake Smith's goal and 2 assists and Zach Tansel and David Barnes who each had 2 assists. Robin Aubry, still suffering the effects of the flu bug added a goal. The win tied the all time school season record of 17 wins established during the 2005-06 season. |
