The Generals were called for thirteen penalties and gave up 3 power play goals, but were able to coast to an easy 8 to 3 win over Worthington Kilbourne. Senior Kevin Hoyle, in his much belated first game for the Generals, showed his talent and experience by scoring 5 goals to go along with 2 assists to lead AW. His line mate Junior Zach Ulrich took up with Kevin where he left off with the graduated Zak Seipel to assist Hoyle 4 times while scoring 2 goals himself. It was a good all around effort with 5 other Generals contributing a goal or an assist. Trent DeLong got his first win of the year giving up only 3 power play blasts from the point in the unofficial shot count of 28.
